Originally from a small town in Czech Republic boarding the Bavarian mountain range, David Babor relocated to Ireland in 2006. Having worked in the catering industry since the age of 17 as a head chef in a 4 star hotel he always had a taste for good quality foods and coffee was an essential fuel being a busy chef! His passion sparked for coffee as he was always on the lookout for the best cuppa! With this the idea was born in 2015 to start up a roasting business of his own, working along side his partner Alexa. They roast their coffee with a beautiful 10kg hand made roaster sourced from Hungary. Their newly built roast house overlooks the picturesque Kenmare Bay where the roasting, packaging and distribution takes place. All of our coffee is freshly roasted to order. We supply wholesale to a number of cafes, restaurants, bars, offices and even food trailers!
